The successor of the popular OMC-210 Rain Gauge. The OMC-210-2 rain gauge is an instrument used to measure rainfall. It is designed and constructed for long-term operation with minimal maintenance under almost all climatic conditions.
The OMC-210-2 may be mounted at ground level on a level slap or on an optional stand which elevates the collection rim to 1meter above ground level. This proven instrument is accurate to within 3% for rainfall rates from 25mm/hr to 200mm/hr and better than 6% up to 500mm/hr (0.2mm version).
This rain gauge can be used for several applications, such as general meteorology, water resources studies, hydrology, flood warning systems, automatic logging systems.
